Rob Thomas, para quien no lo sepa, es lider y vocalista de matchbox twenty, y tiene en su haber 3 premios Grammy como co-autor y cantante junto a Santana del éxito (triple platino) 'Smooth'.
Un buen disco en solitario, con canciones con mucho ritmo, como esta 'This is How a Heart Breaks', y otras más tranquilas como 'Lonely No More'...
